This month, our beneficiaries participated in an online leadership training session for refugees, as part of the JRS Europe “Together for Change” project. Six motivated refugees gathered at our newly opened Centre for Refugee Integration to engage in four hours of training focused on essential skills for personal and community empowerment.

With the support of our Cultural Mediator, Nataliia, participants explored various vital topics, including leadership skills, effective communication, public speaking, and storytelling techniques. These sessions not only equipped them with practical skills but also fostered a sense of community and shared purpose among the participants. Through interactive discussions and activities, each individual gained valuable insights that can serve them well in their future efforts.

Looking ahead, this training will be translated into Ukrainian language for the planned workshop for Ukrainian refugees. We are committed to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to develop their leadership potential and find their voice.
