This month, we launched a new Serbian language program at our Community Center. The program is intended for people who have recently arrived in Serbia, as well as for those who have been living here for some time and wish to strengthen their language skills and gain greater confidence in everyday communication.

Learning the local language is one of the first and most important steps toward integration. Being able to visit a doctor independently, speak with teachers, communicate at work, or exchange a few words with neighbors contributes to a sense of autonomy, dignity, and belonging.

Classes will be organized in small groups and adapted to different proficiency levels, with a focus on creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where questions are welcome and progress is built step by step.

For many participants, learning the language also represents an important step toward greater independence and more active participation in society. Each new word brings increased confidence, and each new sentence creates space for clearer communication and understanding.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our volunteers, whose knowledge, time, and dedication make this program possible. Their willingness to share their expertise and energy allows this new cycle of classes to take place.
